    Hi there

    we have installed the plugin and all works with the exception of the personalised message to blocked registrations in our forum.

    When we checked with the email [email protected] it is correctly blocked and the logs show also that the email was successfully blocked. However there was no message appearing.

    Appreciate your help with this

    Yes, it should be so. WPForo doesn’t show error messages for its hook. We can’t affect this.

    We don’t know what hook they need and what change it requires to work. If they need any hook, just let us know. We can add any hook. But the functions to show messages in certain hook should be added from their side.

    We use wpforo_create_profile hook. Our developers suggest adding this code to WPForo:

    Hi Serge, today we received the below feedback from WPForo

    “… I’m sorry, but their answer doesn’t make sense. It would be better if they contact us directly. The image they have provided is a part of wpForo code, how an insert wpForo code in the wpForo if it’s already in the wpForo core?…”

    Could you please get in contact with the developers directly and fix this together with them. Their email is [email protected] You can refer to our case. It was titled Issue WPFORO and CleanTalk.
