    Hello,

    I still have the message : “Select the Account, Property and Measurement ID to display the reports from “General Options” tab.”

    However I have selected the Google account, given the access authorization (confirmed by Google mail), chosen GA4 and ID, then saved

    We do not have an account to create a support ticket.

    Reason why we create here.

    And if, you had the same problem here, a week ago “Sign in with Google not working”.

    And you made the same answer without providing a solution…

    And you put “Solved” while no solution given.

    With all due respect, the issue you have came across is quite unanticipated. That’s why it requires further investigation from our end.

    Regarding the other support thread you referred to, the user who started the thread also encountered the same issue. So, we had to request him to open a ticket as well.
