In the case, you want to see who had filled the form, please use the next shortcodes for your contact form – https://prntscr.com/he8psl – [user_first_name] [user_last_name] <[user_email]> and don’t forget to save changes.

Because the From field needs to have email in it. Also you can read more about it here in our plugin documentation.

I am sucked with this plugin. I have installed the plugin in fresh wordpress but still its not working. The email goes to Root user. Even I have changed [user_email] in admin from setting

Please notice, on your screenshot there is

[user_email]

but on the screenshot I have provided

<[user_email]>

Don’t forget to save changes and clean cache in your cache plugin, clean cache and cookies in your browser and reload the page with contact form, before testing one more time.

When you click the “SEND FORM” button, our code commands to server to send an email with specific settings. But server can use the same “FROM” filed settings due to personal adjustments.

So, that the server can forbid sending process from the other names.

Please, clarify this issue at your hosting provider.
