    Hi,
    I have problem with the shortcode: Impossible to display nothing except the message: “This product currently has no customers”
    I’m using the last version 2.7.7 and woocommerce 3.4.6

    This is the shortcode I’m using:
    [customer_list product=”2235″ order_qty=”true” order_status=”wc-completed”]
    and I have tried all kind of combination… nothing works

    Please Help

    Hi @trebla,

    1 – Can you confirm that you have completed orders for that product?
    2 – Can you try deactivating all plugins except mine and woocommerce and see if that solves the issue?

    Hi,
    i confirm you that order of this product is completed.
    I have removed all plugins and even changed theme… same result !!!
    Maybe some problem with woocommerce 3.4.6 ?
    it was working fine on woocommerce 2.5.4

    Hi @trebla,

    I just tried on two sites with the latest version of both and I’m not having any issues. Is there anything you can think of that might have changed on your website? Can you try re-saving all settings in the plugin? Can you also select all order statuses and see if that does anything?

    Hi,
    After checking deeply disactivating plugins one by one… it seems that there is conflict with WPML plugin.
    When I disactivate WPML I can see the table, reactivating it, i get the message…
    And of course, i cannot remove this WPML plugin wich is essential for my site.
    Do you have any solution for me?

    Hi @trebla,

    Glad we could narrow down the issue. The plugin is supposed to be working with WPML. Can you go in the translation of the product to see if the customers appear?

    Hi both, I am getting the same issue with WPML – works perfectly with WPML deactivated.

    In the translated page I get the same ‘no customers’ message – but in French of course ??

    The product’s wp-admin page does work perfectly, it’s just the shortcode which seems to be an issue.

    Oh! You know what, i’m not even sure if the shortcode was tested on WPML. Let me test it tonight and get back to you.

    You were right, I just fixed it and released a new version, it should be available shortly

    PS> Suggestion : Maybe could you add also General total amount in the shortcode to get the total amount earned.
