Message to slow to deliver

    I am using wise chat pro.
    Messages take about 15 seconds to appear. Some times it won’t even appear.
    Any solution to that? Thanks in advance.

    Have you altered the Ajax engine from/to default?

    I have noticed the same thing past two weeks it was fine but now real slow sending messages and deleting them to. and yes i tried defult settings etc

    In order to detect what is causing the slowness please do the following:

    1. Switch your WordPress site to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen for example) and disable all other plugins except for Wise Chat.

    2. Test the time of message delivery.

    3. Enable a single plugin from those disabled in the first step.

    4. Repeat step 2 and 3 until you notice the slowness. This will indicate which plugin is the source of bad performance.
