Messages in cyrillic languages

My web-site is in Russian language. When a user try to send me a message I recive something like that:
Contact Form:
Name: webmaster
Email: [email protected]
Message: D???D?D±DoD° D???D??€D°D2D?DμD?D°Can you help me to fix this problem, please.
