    only Hello world template is working, nothing else it sending, not using any images or anything, all was working fine but since a week no messages are sending.

    you mean there is some issue with plugin, not with our whatsapp account.

    Hi @priyanshuagrw ,

    Please go to the WC Messaging>Template settings and click on the “Sync now” option. After that, retest the functionality. It should work fine. Please check and let me know.
