Messages not sending when Auto Redirect to Existing Thread is on

    Hi BP Better Messages team,

    I love the functionality of the plugin so far. I’m having an issue when “Auto Redirect to Existing Thread” is enabled. When I click the + button to write a new message and press send, the message redirects to the previous chat thread with the recipient (as is exoected) however the original message is lost and does not send. I can’t see a Plugin issue as of yet.

    I have the same problem.
    Is there any way to completely skip the new thread screen and immediately go to the existing thread to write a new message?

    Hi there!

    Try to disable Easy Start Thread in plugin options.

    I’ve just tried it and it is still the same.
    Do you maybe wanna give me your email so i can send you some login credentials and you can check for yourself?
