Messages received without Polish caracters

    The site is: https://gotowewnetrza.pl.

    The messages are sent to an email address: [email protected] and hosted on a server provided by a company domeny.pl.
    The messages are also read using Mozilla Thunderbird. In both cases when checked on a server or through Mozilla, the special characters change into strange signs. Here is an example:

    — Tre?? przekazanej wiadomo?ci —
    Temat: Someone has sent you a message!
    Data: Thu, 31 Jul 2014 11:31:19 +0000
    Nadawca: WordPress <[email protected]>
    Odpowied?-Do: [email protected]
    Adresat: [email protected]

    e-mail: XXXXXXXXXXXXX
    imi?? i nazwisko: XXXXXXXXXXXXX
    temat: Pytanie o produkt – Pok?3j Click 2
    telefon:
    wiadomo????: Witam, interesuje mnie szafa dwudrzwiowa CLICK, w kolorze bia??y korpus/bia??y front. Czy jest mozliwo???? kupienia u Pa??stwa samej szafy? jaki by??by to koszt? Dzi??kuj?? za odpowied?o. Pozdrawiam
