Messages sending, but never received.

Hello,

I have had multiple complaints from people who have sent messages and never received replies over the past few weeks, but that is because the messages are not arriving in email. Checked junk and spam filters and all that, so they are not being caught there.

When I ran a test, I got a green “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” confirmation, but the message never came through. Any suggestions for how to find the problem? I have double-checked all my settings in the plugin and I don’t have any syntax errors or other issues showing.
