Messages won’t go away

It’s getting very tiresome to have notifications like “Hey! How do you like?Menu Image?so far? Test all our awesome premium features with a 7-day free trial. No commitment for 7 days – cancel anytime!” showing up in my dashboard constantly. I click on the dismiss button, but they only stay dismissed on that specific page. As soon as I click to any other admin page they’re right back in place. They do NOT make me want to sign up for anything. The more pestering a notice like this is, the more it will have the opposite effect you’re going for.
The issue was closed as you didn’t consider it a support issue. It should be a support issue, because I find this so frustrating I’m about to find a different solution. When you have a close box, and it doesn’t work, that’s a bug. Indifference to users like this does send the wrong message. I’m not likely to upgrade when I’m accosted like this from the beginning. Everytime I have to close those boxes, I’m hating your program more and more.

I understand and it isn’t designed to be like that something out of normal is happening. But I didt’n close the support issue.
Are you using any cache plugin? Those notices are generated by the Freemius framework that I’m using and it’s suppose to disappear when you click, the same framework is currently used in millions of websites.
If you somehow can have a clone of the production site where I can have a look let me know.
