Messed up display in ‘add new post’

  • in both of web browsers IE7 and FF
    display of add new post menu somehow messed up.
    it looks little bit different in both web browsers but still messed up.

    does anybody have same problem?
    I can’t even show source,(that also dosen’t work! ?? )
    can’t find way to solve it!

    need help!
