Messed up Footer

Can you explain further the positioning of elements with;
– What they should look like.
– What they currently look like.

the footer supposed to look like that but when the theme was purchased and passed over to me the footer was tampered with i wanna know what i have to do to the code to make it look like that again

i added that to my footer and it moved did a little bit of something but, still the footer is off and i dont knw why. amd when i try to add google ads the script doesnt show

and even in my sidebar ads dont show
