Messed up my existing WP website Giving WordPress Its Own Directory

I was in my admin page, in general tab and changed my wordpress url to carbonthree.com/wordpress (I was trying to create a subfolder, that is another story). So my site URL is https://www.carbonthree.com and my wordpress url is carbonthree.com/wordpress (orginally they were both carbonthree.com). After hitting save, it redirected to me to a messed up looking page and now I can’t get back to my admin page. Help please!!!
