    Hi scorchett,

Thank you for the feedback. Could you let us know which message you are referring to? In the premium version of the plugin there are many options available in the “Labelling” area of the “Options” tab that let you change the wording of the various labels and messages that appear in the plugin. Perhaps we could let you know which one you should be using for the message you want to change.

Actually I figured it out. The plugin is very nice and seems to work good. I may purchase the Pro version for another clients site.
    Thanks for your quick response.

    Hi scorchett,

Glad to hear that. Are there any issues with your setup or questions that you have that are preventing you from rating it 5 stars? Let us know and we’d be happy to help.

Actually we are having a problem. Has anyone ever mentioned an issue with your plugin and Ninja forms? Since I installed it we are having problems getting forms to go in our database. When someone hits the submit button it looks like it sends, but nothing goes into the submissions database AND the submission is never sent via email. The issue started happening literally the day I installed FE Users Only. It only happens like 10% of the time though. Some forms go through, others don’t. Also, every time I add a user I get a blank email from “WordPress via host.amerigo.com” (host.amerigo.com is our host company). Why am I getting these?

So I am stumped. I really want to resolve because we are introducing the login capability tomorrow. If it works smoothly I have another job where client needs a much more complex login with search capabilities and the ability to upload spreadsheets so I would buy Pro version for that. But I have to make sure it works first.

    Hi scorchett,

When you hit the submit button on a Ninja form, nothing submits, or on the registration form in our plugin? While we haven’t had a conflict with Ninja forms reported, it’s possible there could be a conflict on your site. If you deactivate the front-end users plugin, does that 10% still happen, or does it go through every time after many tests?

Is the blank email accompanied by another email, or is that the only email you get? It sounds like you have selected a specific email for the “Admin Email On Registration” option (in the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab), but that email has no content in it (or something in its content that is breaking the email) in the “Emails” tab.

Before I installed the plugin ALL the forms (Ninja Forms) submissions were going into the database…and also my client would get the email with the info in it as well. After installing the FE Users Only thats when the 10% not going through started happening. I did experiment by filling out a Ninja form with your plugin activated and the form went through fine, but then my client told me a customer filled the Ninja form out but that one never made it to the database..so I don’t know what to think. To be honest I don’t know FOR SURE if it’s related. I’m hoping not, because I really like the ease of use of your plugin.

In regards to the email thing with FE Users Only, I just don’t know how to set it up so that when my client registers one of her dealers (she is registering them in the backend, she does not want them to have access to any front end registration) she then wants an email to go to them with their username and password. How do I set it up that way?
    Thanks in advance.

I would think that using the form on the backend would not be an efficient way of doing any kind of regular user setup. Why not create an actual front end registration form but not link that anywhere. Make it a page that you would have to know the address to get to specifically. That way FEU would work as intended and it would still meet the objective of not allowing the dealers to register themselves. Just a thought, hope it helps ??

that sounds like a better plan actually. I’ll give it a shot.
    Thanks!

That actually seems to make more sense. So basically I just have a hidden page that my client can get to via dashboard. Makes more sense. I’ll set that up and give it a shot.
    Thanks!
