Messed up URL format, Multisite…

Weird issue on a multisite…. creates a new subdomain, https://dummy.dummy.se …. gets an error message “A critical error has occurred on the website.” Then checks and the subdomain now has the format ://dummy.dummy.se
What can I do here?
