Messed up my site

    As soon as I’ve activated this plugin and enabled theme switching, my site got messed up pretty badly.

    In practice: my old theme used a child theme. The new theme (in development) was also a child theme. After I activated theme switching, the new child theme got copied to the old one, and the old one was gone / broken.

    Thanks be to God for updraftplus – allowed me to restore things quickly.

    Sorry to hear about this, normally Theme Switcha “just works”. So in this case it sounds like there was some incompatibility or conflict with an existing plugin or theme. A little troubleshooting would have gone a long way.

    Also just FYI, ideally people will post in the support forum so issues like this can be investigated and resolved. I try to respond to all support tickets within an hour, so if anyone else has any questions or issues with Theme Switcha please post in the support forum so we can try to resolve asap. Thank you!
