Messenger Bot only works when logged into WordPress

  • We are testing a Messenger Chatbot in our staging environment. When we connect Messenger via the plugin, we are able to see this on desktop and mobile but ONLY while logged into WordPress. Does not work when viewing Incognito or after we log out of WordPress on the same computer. Also when I view incognito, the “fb-customerchat” div is not present at all (only when logged in). Any idea how to make this work for non-internal site visitors without WP admin?
