messenger chat not showing on instance

I added the plugin on https://3.7.93.65/dws-backend/ . It’s an instance of https://3.7.93.65 . I followed the documentation and set it up properly. The class “fb-customerchat” shown on the elements but can’t find the icon. Please help.
