Messenger doesn’t show up sometimes

Hi,
I am using this Plugin since this came from Facebook. However, there are times the plugin works properly in the web but won’t pop up in mobiles. And for several times, the messenger icon doesn’t show and will disappear if you’ll visit another page. This is the code from the plugin https://prnt.sc/nxin79. Please help me with this Thank you!
