• On my website, a customer is able to write a message, and send it. But it never goes into my explorercamps Facebook inbox like it should. I don’t get any messages or notifications anywhere so I have no way of knowing whether we received any messages or not.

    I’ve checked all of my settings e.g. all ages & countries can accept the message, so I really don’t understand the problem.
