Messes you about

  • Install the plugin and then had to create an account and add my site. This downloaded a zipped folder of the plugin. On my blog I was now asked login to WP Time Capsule account. Would not let me, repeatedly!!!Uninstalled it and now looking for something that works!

    Hey Mark,

    It’s really sad that you went through that experience. We have given our best to our product and since we focus on reliability we execute the backups from our servers for that we need a login.

    I am not sure why you weren’t able to login. Did you get any error? I would recommend you not to throw the towel yet. This is one of our best creation and we want you to experience it. We will be glad to get this sorted for you. Since with WordPress there are lot of things that can go wrong, which may not be related to our software.

    Looking forward to get this sorted.
