Messing up Customizer and widgets.php

Yesterday, I installed your plugin, configured it (very easy, thanks!) and it seemed all was well. But today I found out that it causes an error on my Customizer and on widgets.php. I can’t see an actual error message, but the Customizer shows an almost empty screen and on the widgets page many widgets don’t show and the sidebars aren’t visible. (Nothing changed on the front end as far as I can tell, so it’s really confined to my admin area.)
When I deactivated your plugin, things went back to normal. I then activated it again, and the errors returned. Then I tried deactivating other plugins, and it turns out there is a conflict with another plugin: gAnalytics – Google Analytics WordPress Plugin (a paid plugin, see https://codecanyon.net/item/ganalytics-google-analytics-wordpress-plugin/5456009).
Both plugins use a Google API, but I can’t really see why that would mess up my Customizer. Any ideas?
