MESSING UP MY SITE

hi

i have bought the premium for this tidio visual editor
but everytime i make changes and save them
when i pull up my site IT MESSES UP THE WHOLE SITE/HOMEPAGE ETC

I TRIED PUTTING THE SCRIPT AS advised by one of the dev
but it still messed it up

now i had to deactivate the plugin and remove the script
now my site is back to normal

but i need this plugin to work
and ive been emailing and no resolution,
