This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Thanks for reply.
I know how to disable plugins by re-name them though hosting panel.

However we have disable all one by one and test the admin side but not helpful!

How to switch to default Twenty Twenty theme as the messy admin panel won’t allow me to see content properly?

    Following my previous message,
The latest plugin we install was “Change wp-admin login”
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/change-wp-admin-login/
However we login and logout and everything was ok.

We had the same problem with other wordpress installation with the same theme. And update WordPress and Theme and the issue has been fixed.

    As per your advice
We change the wordpress theme manually by following this tutorial
    https://help.one.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005585909-Change-your-WordPress-theme-from-the-database

And also disable all plugins by rename plugins-off through hosting panel.

No helpful! Do you have any idea of how to fix the issue?
