meta _product_image_gallery

  • Maybe I’m missing something, but it looks like the _product_image_gallery list doesn’t get “cleaned” when the associated images are removed from the media library.

    I am programatically adding entries to that post_meta item (based on my
    “business rules”), and that’s all working, but do I need to do something else, too?

    Or is it just an omission/bug? In which case I’ll write something to clean it up.

    P.S. _thumbnail_id takes care of itself just fine – but that’s a base WordPress meta.
