Meta Box in Post Type Edit

As an opt-in function i would like to see a meta box where i can add the redirect target right into my post. Like a setting in Plugin “Display Redirection Meta Box in Post-Type” -> Checkbox-List of Multiselect Posttypes…

Its sounds crazy but i give you an example:

We have build an archive-page in WordPress. Each post contains of thumbnail, excerpt and of course a title. But instead of opening the single view of the post, we wan’t to redirect the visitor to the corresponding pardot-page. At the moment he have to create the page and then make some more clicks to add the redirection in the plugin. a meta box in the box would be convenient because then we have everything in one place and a smoother workflow. Thank you!
