Meta Box Stuck? Cannot enable.

HI! I disabled Soundy a couple weeks ago, as I was not ready to start working with it until this week, and the meta box would not toggle to close and was taking up space. But now it won’t toggle back open so I can enable it. I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling, but same issue. Issue is with both post and pages edit. No other meta boxes are having toggle issues. Is there somewhere I can enable elsewhere in the code or fix the toggle issue that you know of?
