Meta data spans added to markup

Hi,

Im using Flexbox to build my layouts and in that situation the presence of a span, even when empty, can have a significant impact.

I can go around it by setting display:none to the the span.gtm4wp_productdata to solve the issue, my question if this can result in any issue for GTM to get that data.
