    Hello,

I’ve just create my WordPress website and now I have a big problem. I want to change my meta description which appears on Google Chrome when someone search it for my domain he will see the next one,

Juicy Stranger. Welcome to Juicy Stranger … This is your first post. Edit or delete it, then start writing! Juicy Stranger, Proudly powered by WordPress.

How can I change this, I tried with Yoast SEO but it hasn’t changed yet.

Please if someone has the same problem to help me, I will be very thankful for that.

    Have a nice day.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @koki10,

Thank you for using Yoast SEO and for reaching out!

I can indeed see that meta description in the Google SERPs, whereas on the homepage itself the meta description you’ve set in Yoast SEO is present. I can take a while until Google crawls your site again and updates its index. It looks like you only have this landing page too, correct? You could add your site to Google Search Console and add the page sitemap to the property, but I checked your site sitemaps and it seems that /page-sitemap.xml is loading a 404. Please check if re-saving your permalinks without making changes fixes that (Under Settings > Permalinks > Save button at the bottom)
