When I run an SEO analysis, I get a error saying my meta description is 322 characters. When I click on the box to edit the meta, it shows the description that I had put in that is less than 160 characters.

It looks like the SEO analysis is looking at an old meta description since it appears to be what was on an old version of the site.

Is there a way to insure that the right meta description is showing on Google?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nubiesan,

Can you please go to All in One SEO > SEO Analysis and click on the Refresh Results button? That should update the score and suggestions for your site.

You can check the meta description by taking a look at the source code of the page. However, Google doesn’t have to use the description you provide and never has.

They take what you provide as a suggestion and will return what they think is the best, most relevant title and description based on the term that’s being searched for. This process is completely automated and you can’t force them to display the description you want.
