Meta description not showing correctly when sharing post on Facebook

Hello,

I’m facing a random and weird problem.

I’m using Yoast SEO Plugin, but when I try to share my posts, it shows the wrong description. It should show my meta description, but instead it shows my first paragraph. The title doesn’t show correctly as well.

The weirdest thing is that meta description and title shows fine when I:

– Share pages on Facebook or any other site (try sharing “Contato” or “Home”).

It means the problem only occurs when I:

– Share a post (from my blog) on Facebook or any other site;
– Share portfolio itens on Facebook (try sharing “Portfolio” or any page inside Portfolio);
– Share the page “Blog”.

I’ve been spending days trying to find a solution, but I failed so far. It seems so random.

My website is https://www.pandartt.com.br. My WordPress version is 4.2.2. Yoast plugin is updated and Open Graph is enabled. I’ve tried debugging on Facebook (https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug) and it showed me the wrong description. This is driving me nuts.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
