Meta Description of Posts aren’t Overriding!

Hi there,
I really like this SEO plugin, it’s one of must-have sort of thing. But right now I noticed two major flaws in it:
1. The Meta description of each post isn’t coming on google search box.
Here’s the proof:

b. https://snag.gy/FWR90w.jpg Getting the default meta description.2. Social setting title and description isn’t working fine Facebook!
Every single time I’ve to edit it after publishing the post.Please help.
