    Hi,

    1. Our meta description isn’t reflecting what we write inside the article in the seo box. It does on Facebook but not Google.

    2. Our serp titles are having an extra ending added onto that we don’t know where it’s coming from. In the smartcrawl settings its setup as %%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%

    Hello there @rausa13,
    hope you’re doing well!

    1. This can be happening due to SEO settings of active theme, as many themes as generating such meta tags. Could you please check your theme options, in case you can disable any SEO settings? If not, then it’s better to use a staging site and switch to another default theme to see if that makes any difference.

    2. I can see that the post title is following the SmartCrawl settings (%%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%) as for the post in the screenshot is:
“How to Collect a Debt From Someone in Korea | 10 Magazine”
Am I missing something else here? Please advise!

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

    1. I’ll contact the theme developer to see if there’s something overriding it.

    2. In google instead of “How to Collect a Debt From Someone in Korea | 10 Magazine” it’s showing “How to Collect a Debt From Someone in Korea | 10 Magazine – 10mag.com”

That last 10mag.com part shouldnt be there and I dont know why it’s showing up when its not part of the post title settings.

    Hello @rausa13

    I trust you’re doing well!

Please see if the theme has already built-in SEO. Also are there any other SEO plugins active on a site? If yes, please make sure to have only one SEO plugin active.

Also, would you please go to SmartCarwl > Settings > Import / Export, and export the plugin’s settings? Please upload the file to a Google Drive or to a DropBox and share a download link here.

    Please advise,

    Cheers,
    Nastia
