Meta Key not working in Emails

Hi there,

Im using Ultimate Member since quite some time on several sites and it is great.

Im now running into a problem I never had before. I find it very useful to integrate the value of the certain fields of the form into the text of the mails and so far everything worked.

In my recent project (and there is no technical difference to other projects I worked before) Im trying to integrate fields with Meta Keys like

{first_name} {last_name} and others but they do not appear in the text of mails sent to users.

Everything has been set properly…. -and the strange thing is some Meta Keys appear and some not and there is no difference between them (except the name of course).

I have reset the mail page and Im getting mad.

Is there a logical reason for this?
