    The fact that this is happening on some pages and not others makes this extremely difficult to troubleshoot. You need to figure out what’s different about the pages where it does’t work. It could be some JavaScript or AJAX is breaking on those specific pages so check your browser error console.

    I troubleshooted this issue for you, it’s due to a bug in WordPress core that was fixed six weeks ago but didn’t make it into 4.1 (the fix will be in the next release of WordPress) – the pages where you’re having this issue have page templates set on them, but there are no page templates set in your theme. This fails a sanity check when posts are updated. I’d suggest either applying the fix I linked to, or adding a page template to your theme and then updating each of those pages to use the default page template, that will fix this issue as well.
