    Hi, I try to install meta pixel plugin for my wordpress web.

    But after click “Install now”, It shows “Update failed” and I do not know what is the problem.

    Hi @shaun1010, we recently update the requirements for the extension.

    You must have PHP Version:7.2 or higher, and WordPress Version:5.7 or higher.
