    Hi @doublezed2

We disconnected this pixel from our website (https://quickforget.com/s/ada34832c6629e4b0ffb5a9e47ccb35c21df36218d3bee6b), which was connected to an old ad account of ours. Therefore we only have one pixel that goes from our Ad Account to our Website.

Any other ideas of how we could fix this issue would be amazing. Thank you.

    Cheers,
    Kristen

    Hello kristenmcleod,

    Thank you for your reply.

At this point, I suggest allowing Facebook to collect more data after the recent change.
Once that’s done, please share the latest screenshots of any discrepancies you’re noticing.

With the updated information, I’ll be able to provide more accurate guidance on resolving the issue.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Hi @doublezed2 .

No problem – as we implemented the change a week ago, we have just looked at our stats over the course of the week. Add to cart, and view content data points look to still be grossly over reporting. Purchase event is probably at a plausible level for overall website activity, however is still inflating these results a little. Refer to updated screenshots here:

If you could provide some additional strategies to include, that would be great,

    Cheers,

    Kristen

    Hello kristenmcleod,

    Thank you for your reply.

I checked your site again and noticed that there are two pixel codes.
This could be the reason behind inaccurate data.

Previously, you mentioned disconnecting a Pixel Code.
    Was that connected back again?

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.
