Meta slider displays smaller and unaligned on homepage

I’m having problems with the way the meta slider displays on my homepage. The navigation arrows at either side of the slider display in the correct places, but the actual image displays smaller than it should, with about 5-10px of padding/margin on the left hand side.
It displays fine on other pages, where there is the same amount of room for it. (See https://217.199.187.70/studiohaworthbooth.co.uk/projects/care4me/)
I’ve tried disabling all plugins and checked the wp_footer but nothing seems to be working. Very grateful for any help anyone can give!
