It seems to be working fine for me in Chrome on Mac. What browser are you using?

Funny thing it is working on my side also. It could be cookies that I deleted or maybe that I was looking first time now from the side of a viewer and not from the development part.

That’s cool if working. Tell me please this, what is the maximum slider height and width for desktop and mobile I could make?

That’s great that it’s working now. I’ll mark this as resolved. For the height and width, it’s up to your imagination. I wouldn’t recommend using a size larger than the dimensions of your smallest image though.

Don’t know if this a related problem, I am relatively new to WordPress, original skill set Homesite and Dreamweaver, but learning relatively quickly, want to create simple auto play carousel, have disabled feature slider in theme (Clean Journal) have added images (still working on image size) and the slider action is working but I need a slideshow rather than displayed replacement images. I can see the slideshows working on your site though, so maybe you fixed it? If cropping is the issue, have a look at the settings area under Advanced Settings and you can adjust the cropping there.

I am relatively new to WordPress, original skill set Homesite and Dreamweaver, but learning relatively quickly, need to create a simple auto play carousel, have disabled the feature slider in theme (Clean Journal) activated Metaslider and have added images (still working on image sizes) and the slider action appears to only display one image which is then replaced by the another image etc, no carousel action at all. I need a carousel of approx 5-6 images appearing the width of the page, have posted in the footer of https://webwritesolutions.com The effect I’m after is a slideshow similar to the one in https://carrickspeedway.net this was built with Joomla.
