Meta Slider Not working

hello, the plugin is not working, there are two sliders smart slider 3 and meta slider, when I add a page with meta slider is not working properly, I add 2 slides in 1 page, sometime 1 slider working, another just showing the first image and when I put the URL to incognito it working.

when I check the console in chrome when both of slides not working showing only the first slide image

then I thought it may be for themed or plugin, then I installed on my second site I add the same slider two times in one page, it also showing same 1st one working, second only showing the slider first image

Both appear to be working for me. But I only see two MetaSliders on this page. Did you share the wrong URL?

Can you try in an incognito browser?

Yaa, sometimes it working on incognito mode,

But in incognito mode, in 1st URL search it not working, when we refreshing the Url it working,

For me it works every time. It could be you have a browser extension that is breaking something. How about in Firefox?

The only error relevant to us is “$(…).responsiveSlides is not a function” which means that the scripts are loading properly.

I can’t see the error though, so my first guess is that it’s a script running from your extensions

But I try the Url also in Mobile, it shows like this, in the first search is not showing any slider, only first slider image, then after refreshing it showing the slider

Can you clear out the errors that are occurring before the MetaSlider error? If the JS isn’t loading properly then the JS in MetaSlider might not run.

Any difference if you switch to FlexSlider?

Okay it looks more like you will have to add an exception for jQuery or responsiveSlides in the plugin you are using to minify the css and js.

Is there a difference if it’s deactivated?

I suggested three things to try. Did you have any results from them?

1. Any difference if you switch to FlexSlider?
2. Is there a difference if it’s deactivated? (the cache plugin)
3. add an exception for jQuery or responsiveSlides in the plugin you are using to minify the css and js.
