Meta Slider not working with Jquery

I am using Jquery
<script src=”https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.3/jquery.min.js”></script>
for my site.
With this file, meta slider does not move.
When removed it works.
I need this jquery file.Please help.
