    I’m using Meta Slider 3.1 and have just added the Meta Slider Lightbox 1.1

    After adding Lightbox I noticed that none of the settings were in the Advanced Settings. I’ve deactivated both an ractivated just the Meta Slider. Now I cannot change any of the settings at all.

    I had just added another plugin and I deactivated that to see if there was a conflict but that does not appear to be the problem either.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Would you be able to delete Meta Slider Lightbox completely and see if that resolves the settings for Meta Slider?

    Are you seeing the settings at all? Are they not being saved? Can you see any errors being reported?

    Thanks for responding.

    I have deleted the Meta Slider LIghtboc and it still happens. I deactivated all plugins and then activated just Meta Slider. Still not working. I see all the settings and no errors.

    I did notice that I can swtich to either Nivo or Coin an it seems to work fine. But Flex and Responsive won’t. Everything is forzen in place. It worked fine when I set up the Responsive. And the slider itself seems to work fine. Had no problems when I set it up last week.

    I will test this on another site today. Thankfully this site isn’t live yet but it needs to be by next week. I have the PRO version on another site but afraid to test it on a live site. Was thinking about updating this site to the PRO version today. Mainly because of the lightbox and i may need some of the other features on it.

    Any way to save the files on the work I’ve done on the slider . uninstall it and then reinstall? I really don’t want to re-do the SEO and everything on it, if possible.

    It would be good to see the settings not saving – is the test site accessible?

    I had purchased a single license last month but just went ahead and purchased the 9 licneses because I know I will need more. How do you want me to handle this?

    Just start a new thread on support?

    BTW, I did try the settings after I upgraded to PRO and they still don’t work.

    I can set up a user name and password but do not want to put it on the forum.
