Meta Tag Heading

I have a blog- 401KPreservation.com. I also have Platinum SEO Pack. There is a place or me to add a “Title” and “Description” under the Platinum SEO Pack space. I’m not sure what to put here. I already have a list of tags. I believe this area to for indexing within the search engines. What do I put here? Do I just put in the title of my blog and then add all of the tags I listed earlier?
What should I put in the Title and Description areas? I would really appreciate some feedback. Thanks.
