Meta Tags

  • When I type in the title of my site to Google, I have to go to like the 17th page to even find my site in the results even though the results from the previous pages don’t fit the search terms at all.

    Someone told me a way to fix this is with meta tags, but I’m not sure how they work or where to put them.

    Can anyone help?

  • There’s no easy fix for this other than having lots of well-respected sites link to you so that google sees that your site is important.

    There are a few techniques that are purported to help with google rank, though. Search plugins for “SEO” (search engine optimization).
