Meta Title and Description will not change!

It seems like the theme is outputting SEO metadata, which is superseding The SEO Framework.

Please double check if there are any SEO options in your theme, disable them, and check again ??

Sorry, not sure if I should post here or start a new thread, I posted this issue a while back but after I asked Google to crawl the pages, the problem still persists for me. I read the documentation of the plugin and made sure I set up everything correctly. I also don’t see the theme as having any SEO capabilities. Please help! Thanks so much.

The pages on your website are indexed properly. I found no conflicts in your shop ??

Keep in mind that Google doesn’t always honor your description and title directives, and may, on their own terms, override the data in their search results to what they see as more fitting.

To bypass and disable Google’s overriding, use this query in Google:

site:example.com/page/to/test/

Thanks @cybr ! I can see that it is working. However, is there anyway to change the setting so that my picture’s meta/ caption does not show up instead of the page’s description? Right now Google shows some of the description from the plugin but also adds the picture’s keywords automatically, so the second half of the search result doesn’t really make sense. Is there a way to turn this off? Or does it mean I should delete the caption/ description wording from all my pictures? Thank you so much!

What you’ve described seems like an unrelated issue. Could you open a new topic, and add the following details:
1. What you have now.
2. What you’d like instead.

Feel free to add pictures to clarify. You can use a free service like imgur.com and link to the uploaded items.
