Meta Title & Photo Stopped Displaying

WordPress version: 3.5.1
WordPress SEO version: Most Recent

I did this:
Set up the plugin properly, and it has been working great for a year +

I expected the plugin to do this:
Continue to work as it has been

Instead it did this:
Meta title and author photo stopped displaying on Google.

Everything seems to be fine in my header, but now my photo and meta title is not displaying on google searches. Not how it is setup in the plugin at least.

I have a feeling you’re going to tell me that this has nothing to do with the plugin, but it’s worth a shot.
