• Helllo,

Im a PRO user and im trying to set a meta title and description for an already existing page. I can update the meta description just fine, but the title wont change and stays the same in the Google snippet example after i save it. Why is this? When i go to my page overview i do see all the title tags from all my pages i did change already.

When i go to the pagesource i also still see the old title between <title>-</title> tag. If im correct the title i gave in the meta box should show up between the <title>-</title> tag, right? Thats the whole point if i understand correctly.

It does add <meta name="dc.title" content="Wat is er nieuw op Disney Plus? Hier alle titels op een rij " /> (my title tag) to my pagesource, but i have no idea what that means.

    Please advice.

    Thank you!

    Ow Daniel,

I removed the site-title ( %%sitetitle%%) for my pages in the settings of the plugin, but it still shows up in the Google snippet and also in Google SERPS. I even tried to remove the site name in the WordPress settings, but i dont think thats a good idea, because the plugin then also warns me to add it.

    How can i solve this?

    Hello @rainbowgeek

I really need help. Im a PRO user and i have a valid license active. I share the subscription and dont have access to the account, so i cant create a ticket. Please give me an emailaddress where i send my login information to. Then you can verify im a PRO user and you can help me fix the issue. Or send me an email first on [email protected], so i can reply to you.

I installed and used Yoast earlier. I uninstalled Yoast and now i used SEOpress. I have a problem with my META titles on my pages. No matter what i type in the META title field, it wont change it. Also the Google snippet stays the same. When i look up my META titles in a tool its not changed either. So there is a issue i think.

I created these pages with Yoast before i started using SEOpress. I also see duplicate <title> tags in my page source. Does this has something to do with the issue?

    Please let me know.

    Thank you!
