• The non-amp Home page of this site which is a created “Page,” not a latest post, correctly has the title and description as follows.
    https://singleserve.net.au/
    Title: Single Serve Louise Harper – Cooking for One
    Description: The Single Serve series is a collection of books, recipes and tips for the single person wanting to just cook for one.

    Using the plugin to enable amp regardless of whether I use the Custom AMP Editor or not pulls the Title and Description from the most recent post on the site and NOT the page that was created to be the front page.

    So in the AMP version of the front page:
    https://singleserve.net.au/amp/
    Title – Pasta with Tuna and Capers | Single Serve – Cooking for One
    Description: Using canned tuna this is so simple to make and delicious too.

    Hey @lancecarr,

    As you know that it is going to fix in this very next update, please have a little patience and let us know after updating the plugin if that resolves your problem or not.

    Thanks for all your support.

    Regards
    Marqas

    @ampforwp, actual branch 0.9.49 not resolving problem.

    <title>Correct Homepage Title</title>
    <meta name="description"  content="Correct Homepage Description" />

    vs

    <title>Sandbox | Just another WordPress site</title>
    <meta name="description"  content="Test post Description" />

    Did you see difference?

    Sorry to tell you guys but no, that update did NOT fix the problem.

    To fix it I just pasted the code from this thread back into the accelerated-moblie-pages.php file that was posted by @adpawl… again and fixed it myself.
