    but why i don’t see my custom fields created in the list? they’re built as metabox…

    I’m sorry my understood is wrong for your problem.

    I think your customize is following for metaboxes.

    1. Add the metaboxes on Advanced Custom Fields
    2. Hide/Rename the metaboxes on WP Admin UI Customize
    3. Change position(order) the metaboxes on your original customize

    Do you can see metabox(custom fields) in the list when temporary stop to (3) your original customize?
    If in that case, I think cause of problem is hook or priority of change position customize.

    Sorry if my understand is wrong, please tell me details(images, screenshot…etc)
